Every Blue Sky mover is employed by us — no agency staff, no day-hire labour. Trained in-house, DBS-checked, and kitted out in branded uniforms with their name on the badge.
Trained in-house
New crew spend their first month shadowing a senior team lead before they're trusted with a job of their own. We train to industry standard for packing, lifting, dismantling and protecting period properties — antique mirrors, marble tops, grand pianos and listed-building staircases included.
A named move manager
Every booking is assigned a move manager — the same person who surveyed your home, priced your job and will be on the phone if anything needs adjusting on the day. One number, one name, one accountable person.
Vetted and accountable
DBS checked, fully employed, uniformed and ID-badged. If you ever want to flag something to a director, the line is open — we read every review and respond personally.
